Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Janelle Webb, a sole proprietor doing business as Glorify God Ministry, in Morristown, Tennessee, USA ("I," "me" or "my"). They apply to your use of janellewebb.com (the "Site"), the free printables offered on it, and any eBook or other digital product you buy from it (each a "Product"). By using the Site, signing up for printables or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

ChosenPages (chosenpages.org) has its own terms, which apply to ChosenPages instead of these.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to sign up for printables or buy a Product. The books and printables are made for children to enjoy with a parent, guardian, teacher or other trusted adult, who is responsible for the purchase and for how the materials are used.

2. Ownership of the content

The Little Soul books, characters, illustrations, eBooks, printables, songs, videos, text, designs and other content on the Site are owned by Janelle Webb or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. "The Little Soul," "Glorify God Ministry" and "Divine Living with Janelle" are names used to identify my work. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, sell or create derivative works from any of it without my written permission. Scripture quotations marked KJV are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.

3. Your license to use eBooks

When you buy an eBook, I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download it and read it on devices you own or control, for your own household. You may read it aloud to children, including your own class or Sunday school group. You may not:

• share, email, upload, post or otherwise distribute the file to anyone outside your household;
• sell, rent, lend, sublicense or give away the file, or include it in another product;
• remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own; or
• use the content, text or illustrations to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Schools, churches and organizations that want copies for multiple families or a lending library can contact me about group pricing.

4. Your license to use printables

Free and paid printables (including the memory verse cards, bedtime prayer cards, Free Bedtime Bundle and the Coloring & Activity Book) may be printed as many times as you need for personal, family, homeschool, classroom, Sunday school and church use, including making copies for the children in your own group. You may not sell the printables or printed copies, post the files online, share them through file-sharing sites or social media, or present them as your own work. Sharing a link to the printables page so others can sign up themselves is always welcome.

5. Buying eBooks

• Prices and payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the Site. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method. Applicable taxes, if any, are added or included as required by law.
• Your order. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. I may cancel and refund any order if a Product was mispriced or unavailable, or if I reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
• Delivery. eBooks are delivered digitally right after payment, on the thank-you page and by email. Each download link works for 7 days and up to 10 downloads. You can request fresh links at any time at janellewebb.com/ebook-thanks using the email address you purchased with. Please save your files to your device. No physical product is shipped.
• Formats and devices. The picture books are fixed-layout EPUB eBooks that work with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and most e-readers, and can be sent to a Kindle with Amazon's free Send to Kindle service. The Coloring & Activity Book is a printable PDF. Please check that your device supports the format before buying. Display can vary between devices and apps.

6. Refund policy: all sales are final

Because eBooks are digital products delivered and available for download immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in these cases:

• A file won't work. If a file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, contact me within 30 days of purchase. I'll send a working file, and if I can't fix the problem, I'll refund your purchase.
• A charge made in error. If you were charged twice for the same Product, or charged when you didn't place an order, contact me within 30 days and I'll refund the extra or mistaken charge.

To ask for help, email GlorifyGodMinistry@icloud.com with the email address you used and the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank so I can make it right quickly.

Customers in the EU, UK and similar countries: by completing your purchase, you ask for the eBook to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download is made available. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Paperback books

Paperback editions of the Little Soul books are sold and shipped by Amazon (or other retailers), not by me. Those purchases, including shipping, returns and refunds, are governed by the retailer's terms and policies.

8. Emails

If you sign up for printables, you agree to receive the printables and occasional emails from Glorify God Ministry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the Privacy Policy for how I handle your information.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site. You agree not to: break any law while using it; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other people's information; interfere with its security or operation; use bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect content or submit forms; submit false information or someone else's email address; or use the Site to send spam or harmful code.

10. Faith-based content is not professional advice

The books, printables, songs, videos and other content on the Site are shared for encouragement, education and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice. If you or a child need professional help, please contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

11. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as Stripe, Amazon, YouTube and social media sites. I don't control them and am not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site, its content and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. I do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that every Product will work on every device. Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, its content, the Products or these Terms, even if I have been told such damages are possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site, the Products or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid me for Products in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

If you use the Site or the Products in violation of these Terms or the law, including by sharing or selling files you don't have the right to share, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse me for, any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result.

15. Copyright concerns

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email GlorifyGodMinistry@icloud.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized. I'll review and respond promptly.

16. Governing law and resolving disputes

If you have a concern, please email me first. Most problems can be solved quickly, and we both agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting a legal claim. These Terms and any dispute related to them or to the Site or the Products are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Hamblen County, Tennessee, and you and I consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside the U.S., you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live and to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

17. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made and use of the Site after they're posted. The Terms in effect when you bought a Product apply to that purchase.

18. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and me about the Site and the Products. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If I don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, I haven't waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. I may transfer mine to a successor of this ministry. Sections 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after you stop using the Site.
