Privacy Policy

The short version: I only collect what I need to send you the free printables you ask for, deliver the eBooks you buy, and understand how people use this website. I never sell your information. You can unsubscribe anytime, and you can ask me to delete your information by emailing GlorifyGodMinistry@icloud.com.
This website, janellewebb.com, is run by Janelle Webb as part of Glorify God Ministry. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, who helps me handle it, and the choices you have. "I," "me" and "my" mean Janelle Webb and Glorify God Ministry.
What I collect
When you sign up for free printables (the Little Soul memory verse and bedtime prayer cards, or the Free Bedtime Bundle):
- Your first name (optional) and your email address
- The date you signed up and which printable you asked for
- That you agreed to receive the printables and occasional encouragement from me
When you buy an eBook:
- Your name and email address, which you give to Stripe at checkout
- What you bought, the order number, and how many times your download link has been used
- Your card or payment details go directly to Stripe. They never reach this website or me.
When you email me, I receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you visit the website: I use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell me things like which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country or city), and what kind of device and browser they use. It doesn't tell me who you are. To prevent abuse, the website also briefly uses your IP address to limit how many times a form can be sent in an hour.
How I use it
- To send you the printables you asked for, by showing them on the page and emailing you a copy
- To deliver the eBooks you buy, send your download links, and send a new link if you ask for one
- To send you occasional encouragement, news about new books and resources, and updates from Glorify God Ministry, if you signed up for printables
- To answer your messages
- To understand which pages are helpful and improve the website
- To keep records of purchases, as the law requires
I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps me run the website
A few trusted services handle information for me only to provide their service:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Upstash stores the email list and eBook orders in a secure database.
- Resend sends the emails. Messages are sent from a ChosenPages email address I own.
- Stripe processes eBook payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics measures website visits. See Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- YouTube plays a video only when you press play on one. Until then, the page shows a picture.
Links to Amazon, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Goodreads and ChosenPages take you to their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email I send.
- See, correct or delete your information: email GlorifyGodMinistry@icloud.com and I'll take care of it. I may need to keep basic purchase records for tax purposes.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.
If you live in California, Europe or another place with its own privacy laws, you have these same rights, and I'll honor them. I do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
How long I keep it
I keep your email address on my list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. I keep eBook order records for as long as I need them for my business and tax records. Download links expire after 7 days.
Children's privacy
The Little Soul books and printables are made for children, but this website and its forms are meant for parents, grandparents, teachers and other adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given me their information, please email me and I'll delete it right away.
Keeping it safe
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), payments are handled by Stripe, and the email list and orders are stored in a password-protected database that only I can access. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, I'll let subscribers know by email.
